Download DetailsPayment Requirements: Vendor must maintain clear and detailed pictures before, during, and after any renovation or repair process, highlighting the completed tasks and the quality of the finished work. When speciality materials are used (such as refrigerant, tub refinishing, flooring, etc.), evidence of the methods and materials used must be provided. Work must be performed to general construction norms and building codes. Work is only considered complete when marked completed, reviewed, and then approved by an SFR3 Inspector.
