Payment Requirements: Written approval from an authorized SFR3 employee is required for payment. Approval requires sufficient documentation, which must be received within 30 days of the date work stopped at the property. Sufficient documentation includes, but is not limited to, clear and detailed pictures before, during, and after any renovation or repair process, highlighting the completed tasks and the quality of the finished work. When speciality materials are used (such as refrigerant, tub refinishing, flooring, etc.), evidence of the methods and materials used must be provided. Work must be performed to general construction norms and building codes, using SFR3 preferred products listed at SFR3.io/SKU-List or like-for-like replacements for repairs whenever possible. For properties in rental where a "Not to Exceed" amount is not specified, prior written approval from an SFR3 employee is also required for work greater than $400.
